Dr. Eric Toennies
Chiropractor & OwnerDr. Eric Toennies has always been passionate about helping people achieve optimal health through natural, noninvasive care that focuses on true wellness and prevention. His approach to chiropractic care centers on identifying and correcting the root cause of health
concerns rather than simply masking symptoms. By helping the body function the way it was designed to, Dr. Eric empowers patients to heal from the inside out and experience a higher quality of life.
Originally from O’Fallon, Dr. Eric attended the University of Missouri before earning his chiropractic degree from Logan University. After graduation, he had the unique opportunity to practice chiropractic care in Scotland, where he further developed his patient-centered philosophy.
In July of 2018, Dr. Eric opened Tri Force Chiropractic with a vision of creating a patient-centered practice focusing on personalized care, education, and long-term wellness. Dr. Eric is proud to serve the O’Fallon community through his practice, helping individuals and families live healthier, more balanced lives.
Outside the office, Dr. Eric enjoys spending time with his amazing wife, Ashlyn, their daughter, Lyvia—who they joyfully welcomed in August 2025—and their beloved dog, Mara. Family is at the center of everything he does, and he brings that same care and dedication into the relationships he builds with his patients.
When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Eric enjoys staying active on his Peloton and is a passionate fitness enthusiast. In 2025 alone, he logged enough miles to make the journey to Alaska and back. He’s also a dedicated Baltimore Ravens fan who values creating a fun, lighthearted atmosphere in the office. His sense of humor and approachable personality help make Tri Force Chiropractic a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, supported, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
Dr. Skyler Sparks
ChiropractorA Belleville native and graduate of Logan University’s College of Chiropractic, Dr. Sparks takes a hands-on, individualized approach to care. He utilizes a range of techniques including Diversified, Gonstead, Activator, Logan Basic, Thompson, Acupuncture, and Dry Needling in order to best fit each patient’s needs.
Dr. Sparks is passionate about helping patients of all ages from newborns to the elderly move better, feel better, and live better. He commonly treats conditions such as low back pain, headaches and migraines, plantar fasciitis, ankle pain, hip pain, and shoulder issues.
Outside the office, you’ll find him in the gym, running, training Muay Thai, playing drums, or planning his next trip.
Anna
Office ManagerShe’s been the Office Manager at Tri Force Chiropractic since 2022 and is usually the one keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From scheduling appointments to helping patients feel comfortable the second they walk in, she loves being part of making the office feel welcoming, organized, and easygoing. If you’ve ever wondered how they somehow managed to squeeze you into the schedule, there’s a good chance it was her doing.
Her favorite part of the job is getting to know patients and catching up with them before and after their appointments. She loves the relationships that come with working in the office and getting to see familiar faces every day.
Outside of work, she’s a proud mom to Arthur, born in September 2025. When she’s not at the office, you can usually find her reading, feeding her sourdough starter like it’s another child, or making a stop at 7 Brew. She’s also from Edwardsville, which gives Eric plenty of opportunities to make fun of her.
