Jaw Pain Shouldn’t Get in the Way of Your Life.

What is TMJ?

TMJ stands for temporomandibular joint. It's the joint that connects your jaw to your skull, and you have one on each side.

You use these joints every time you eat, talk, yawn, and laugh.

How do I know if I may have a TMJ problem?

Jaw problems can feel different from person to person. Some common signs include:

  • Jaw pain or soreness

  • Clicking or popping

  • Pain while chewing or yawning

  • Jaw locking or limited movement

  • Clenching or grinding

  • Facial tension

  • Headaches

If these symptoms keep happening or are interfering with your everyday life, it may be time to have your jaw evaluated.
